By using the Formlane service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Formlane is an online platform that helps migrants and expats in Germany fill out official forms and documents. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Formlane is NOT legal advice. We do not replace lawyers, tax advisors, or government authorities. The service provides tools for filling out forms based on open sources and official templates. The user bears full responsibility for verifying and submitting documents.
3. Registration and Account
Registration is required to use the service. You are obligated to: • Provide accurate information • Keep your password secure • Report unauthorized access immediately • Not share your account with third parties
4. Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into forms. Formlane does not guarantee: • Acceptance of documents by authorities • Up-to-date information on rules and procedures • Legal correctness of completed forms We recommend consulting a lawyer for important decisions.
5. Payment and Refunds
The free tier allows basic functionality. The paid tier is €9/month, including auto-fill, history, and advanced templates. • Billed monthly • Cancel anytime from account settings • Refund within 14 days of first payment upon request • Prices shown exclude VAT
6. Intellectual Property
Service content (design, texts, templates, code) belongs to Formlane. User data belongs to the user.
7. Limitation of Liability
Formlane is provided "as is." We are not liable for: • Losses related to incorrect form completion • Decisions by government authorities • Service interruptions • Data loss (we recommend keeping copies)
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction — Germany.
